"Collene and Lauren were a great help to us in the purchase of new helmets. We purchased helmets on Wednesday and I worn mine for the first time on Saturday. After wearing my helmet I got home and found out that a emblem had come off. This emblem holds my face shield in place. We brought the helmet in and Lauren replaced the emblem. When it wouldn't stay she replaced the helmet. Thank you so much for taking good care of us and going above our expections. It's such a pleasure to come into H-D of Palm Beach. I initially contacted your sales manager Steve to arrange Harley financing for a private purchase that ultimately fell thru due to misrepresentation by the seller. I cannot say enough about how much Steve helped me, first with the attempted private sale, and then finding an absolutly beautiful Wide Glide, just what I was searching for. Steve's expertise and knowledge of Harley products and financing programs, along with his no BS demeanor, accomplished what I have been trying to do for 25 years, get back in the wind!!!!!!!!!
I could not be happier with my bike or how I was treated by Steve and the rest of your staff. I contacted Steve a few weeks after the purchase with a small problem I encountered, within minutes Billy from the parts dept. was calling me back with suggestions to rectify it
I should mention I travelled from Fort Lauderdale to buy my bike from your store and Steve. I already have encouraged people I know to take the short ride north and check out your dealership and avoid the local superstore (hah) Harley dealer and will continue to do so.
I have never recieved the level of customer service, or been as pleased with a major purchase, as I am with my bike. This is the first time I have been moved to write a company to express my satifaction and gratitude. Thank you Steve!!!

He is so knowledgeable and patient, not to mention good looking, that I think I'll have to marry him one day (and hopefully have his kids). "Living in Palm Beach County gives me at least 5 HD dealers to choose from. Palm Beach HD wasn't the first dealership I visited, but it was the last. I remember one salesman, at another dealership, telling me, while talking price, "HD estimates how many people will be buying a bike in the next year, and then they will manufacture 75% of that number." Because of that, he wouldn't negotiate. When I came to PBHD I was treated as if I was the only customer they had hopes of striking a deal with, although there were several others also shopping. From the minute I walked in the door, until I drove off on my new bike, I couldn't have had a better experience. This extended from Steve, who struck the deal on the bike, right through to Lauren, taking time to properly fit me with helmet, boots, and selling me all the other stuff. All I can say is thanks, I sure made the right choice."

"A Huge Thank You! to the guys in your Service Department for getting me back on the road again last month. While I was crossing the Flagler bridge in Palm Beach my 2000 FLSTC stalled, leaving me stranded 45 miles from home.
I called Harley's roadside assistance, they came out with a flatbed truck and transported me and the bike to your dealership. There I was met by your Service Manager who quickly diagnosed the problem to be a failed voltage regulator. Although it was nearly closing time, your staff went "out of there way" to perform the needed repair.I was treated professionally and in no time, I was back out there bustin' bugs!
Since then, I have "gone out of my way" to buy my motorclothes and what ever else I want from your dealership.Keep up the good work!"

"Looked for a Harley dealer to service my Bike that I keep down there. Went to your Web site, was please with what I saw and the testimonials. I also searched the web for "bad Press" on Harley Ddealers in your area, You name only had good things as compared to the other dealers in the Area.
